ANNA BENTLEY NUTRITION

What is nutritional therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is a holistic approach to maintaining optimal health and wellbeing.

Following a detailed assessment of your diet, lifestyle and environment, a personalised program will be recommended to you to address any nutritional and lifestyle imbalances that have been identified that may be contributing to your symptoms.

As a nutritional therapist I work alongside other healthcare providers, such as GPs, and may occasionally need to refer you to such medical professionals, with your consent. Nutritional therapy is not a replacement for medical advice.

TESTIMONIAL FROM NINA . AGE 46

''Anna has excellent communication skills, understanding and empathy. She gave clear explanations and was non-judgmental which made me feel comfortable and free to talk.''

FAMILY OF 5 IN SW LONDON . CHILDREN AGE 13, 11 & 8

''Anna’s approach is perfect - relaxed, practical, realistic, non-judgemental and fun… She was even able to give realistic suggestions to my breakfast phobic 11 year old! Thanks to her my children have the knowledge to make good food choices and understand what might happen to their health in the long term if they don’t.''
